Which frame do I need?

Whichever grading company is printed on the label at the top of your slab. We make one for PSA, Beckett, CGC, SGC and C3G, plus one for a raw card in a top loader. They are genuinely different sizes, which is why they are different frames.

Does the card come with it?

No. You supply the card and its case. The frame, the back panel and the acrylic pane are all included.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by Friday 4 December and we'll have it to you before Christmas Day. That is worked back from the real numbers rather than guessed: up to seven business days to make it, up to five more in transit on UPS Ground. After that date we will still ship as fast as we can and most orders will still make it — we just will not promise the 25th, and we would rather tell you that now than apologise on Christmas Eve.

How long until it ships?

Five to seven business days. These are printed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, which is also why you can have any mix you like. It ships UPS Ground with tracking — flat $9.95, free over $99.

How does it hang?

On one #6 screw, which you supply. The recess behind is 40 mm wide, so you can slide the frame level after it is on the wall. That is how you line up a row of four without measuring anything.

Is it glass?

Acrylic, 3 mm, cut to size. It will not shatter behind your card, which matters more on a wall than optical perfection does.

Can I take the card back out?

Yes, as often as you like. The back panel pops off with a fingernail and clicks back on. Nothing is glued and nothing is permanent.

Will it fit a thicker slab?

Each frame is cut for its own case, and the pocket has clearance for the normal variation between cases from the same company. If you have something unusual, email us before you order.

What if it does not fit?

Then we got it wrong and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice. Email us with a photo.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. If you want one shipped elsewhere, email us and we will work out the postage.
