Everything is made to order and ships within five to seven business days by UPS Ground with tracking. Flat $9.95 anywhere we ship, and free over $99. You will get a tracking number by email the day it leaves us.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and the island territories. UPS Ground does not reach any of them — those parcels go by air and cost several times our flat rate, so we would rather quote you honestly than bury it in the price for everyone else. Email hello@truefitdisplays.com with what you would like and your address and we will come back the same day with the real cost and a payment link.
We do not ship internationally yet. Ask us anyway — if enough people do, we will work it out.
Thirty days, for any reason. Send it back in a condition we can resell and we refund the item price; you cover return postage unless the fault is ours. If a frame does not fit the case it was sold for, or arrives damaged, that is ours — send a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and you do not need to send anything back.
Photograph the box and the contents and email us. We will replace it. We do not ask you to deal with the carrier.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.
We collect what we need to send you a frame: your name, address, email and order. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information to anybody, and we will not email you marketing unless you ask us to. Want your details deleted? Email us and they are gone.
